Delivery & Returns

How long will it take?

Custom Workwear produce customised and made to order products.  Lead times vary depending on order volume and complexity, however, small orders are usually processed within in 3 - 5 days.  We will endevour to provide an accurate delivery time for all orders. Once your order is ready for dispatch we will arrange an appropriate carrier and provide delivery details via email.  Should you have a urgent request then please Get In Touch first, and we will try to our best to work with your time frames.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

 

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from us, however, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. We therefore advise doubling check sizing and images and text provided for the personalisation. Once your design has been approved, any changed may be subject to additional charges.

Items Faulty or Damaged on Arrival

If your items are faulty or damaged on arrival, please inform us within 3 working days. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
